Study Abroad Cultural Exchange - Offering a World of Opportunities

  • About SACE-USA

SACE (Study Abroad Cultural Exchange)-USA was founded by Judy McAlvey, a Christian school educator. During her 25+ years of experience, she has served as both a classroom instructor and administrator, as well as serving in a variety of roles in the community non-profit sector.

Judy's passion was to create a cultural exchange program that would benefit Christian schools, host families, and Korean families who strongly desire to see their children placed in Christian schools.

In 2006, Judy established SACE-USA in collaboration with Hee Yung, an administrator of a successful Korean academy who desires to place South Korean students in private academies throughout the state of Michigan.

SACE-USA stands ready to provide the link between eager Korean students and families, and Christian schools and host families seeking opportunities to impact the kingdom of God for eternity.

Consider partnering with SACE-USA to change the face of your school, the life of a student, the future of a family, and the hope of a nation.

    About The President

Mrs. McAlvey has earned a B.S. in education from Central Michigan University and her Master's degree from Grace Theological Seminary. Judy assisted in founding Fellowship Baptist Academy in Carson City in 1980 and taught there for 17 years.

After seeing many Christian schools and families struggle financially, Judy desired to help. A door of opportunity opened when a Korean company, SACE-Korea, asked her to form her own American company and work collaboratively to place South Korean students in private schools in the USA.
